has anyone put a solid sami front axle in there kick? whats involved in the lift and steering situation, Also how did you lift the rear, I know the ring and pinion will fit. Also how much lift can you gain? Any info is great?

If you are doing all that work than go toy axles. Much stronger for the same amount of work.

but I'm cheap and i already have the sami axles with all new rotors and calipers and etc. And trying to keep it as simple as possible and low $$. I was toying with the idea of putting the kick engine trans, case and rear axle and front gears in my sami but i'm thinking less work to put the sami front axle in the kick. plus the body is shot in the sami. I have both full running trucks just trying to figure out which way I want to go. Also I don't have the sami 5 speed anymore so a straight engine swap is out of the question. I realy just want to know how involved is switching the front complete axle and lifting the entire kick
thx

he made a hybrid front and used a rear sidekick diff, no reason you could not swap your sidekick gears to the samurai steel diff, just for strength the aluminum sidekick diff is i direct bolt into the front but it will not last long.

Is there anyone who knows when this site will be back up, or where all this info may have went? I've never seen it, but would like to see pictures and how-to's of swaps so I can slowly buy what I need in order to do a sas :)
