Woohooo, got the 1.6 in saturday, sunday nite I got pulled over for havin my hi-beams on while I passed a lady cop. She pulled me over and said "hey buddy, you blinded the shit outta me, and you were FLYIN" I laughed. She said "oh you think thats funny ?" I told her "I changed my engine yesterday, before the swap I couldnt get a speedin ticket in a school zone" She said.. "well I didnt have my radar on but you were cookin ! you better slow down" Fukn eh !!! This 1.6 rawks ! Lovin it :D

Hmmmm that only means that you are in the same position i was when i attempted it last year. Open diff and stock t-case gears. If i remember your green shorty was locked boggered with a stock t-case. Just means situations are reversed this year.:yike

OK, just to put the fear of GOD into you all. We were up there 3 weeks ago. 6 trucks. Pete's sami first up almost didn't make it, but did. Second sami was locked f/r powered his way up. the next three were J33Ps including two that were locked f/r and they needed to winch. I almost didn't make it due to an onboard fire and lack of gas to the EFI. Its getting rougher :-)

I can gurentee the first three will make it. after that its all down hill. Key is to adhere to the three stricks your out rule. three shots and your winched up. Trucks without winches will be placed behind those with. if you can't claw your way up, powering up won't do any better. There are too many spots that will take your momentum out.
