I got my toy's yesterday can't wait to get at them going to tear them down today and see what i need to get them ready to go in the kick. i hope it will look something like this one when i'm done

Simple dude, rear disc, 5.29's 2 lockers, steering arm(s) and off ya go ! :beer:
Gonna use the 4.10 gears ? And speakin of steering arms, lets see KAC's arm, I'll assume youre gonna copy it ?

529's and lockers would be nice...but i need a rear axle bearing king pin bearing nuckle seals all the other seals and some long fields first ...as for the steering yes i will be copying kevin's ...he just left so i will get a pic for ya next time he is down

i got my housings steamed and blasted yesterday.....and the longfields are on the way thanks to Depot :urock:

I ordered my yj springs today with the military wraps .they are going to be delivered on Wed. i'll post some pics when they get here.

i got my new yj's with the military wraps today they did a nice job but the wraps could of went a little farther o'well they will do the trick ....better than no wraps at all

Looking good MLC, keep the pics coming. the next thing i build will be a 4 door kick on toys and 35's with a leaf sprung front suspension.
It would be good to pick up a few tricks and ideas from your truck.

hey man, the toy ifs steering box... when u drilled the 3 holes, did u sleeve em? zuk frames will not take that much twist.. they collapse and ur bo becomes loose real fast. I started with 1/4" plate on both sides and still crushed that. I'd recomend 3/8" plate on the outside of the frame between box and frame, and 1/4" on inside. Otherwise, sleeve the holes u drilled to prevent em from crushing inwards.

thanks guys..... like KAC said it is 1/4 wall ....almost an hour to drill the holes with a 7/8's hole saw to put the sleeves in the tube

What are those shocks originally from and whats the lenghts, compressed and extented? got an AC delco part # too?

Fulload here is the shock part # AcDelco 520-159 29.89"EXT 16.78"Comp =12.11" Stroke MLC's computer is down any other Q's get ahold of me.

thanx's guy's as for speed there is none realy not to bad i don't think it will see 5 th again in high range but i did not build it for the street pics later still making changes
