This bullshitting salesman was in a few weeks ago and was tryin to sell us on some new wire. We tested it out on friday. The results are as follows:

This wire is supposed to be very good for dirty metal. It was, we took some crappy steel with scale and rust on it, it ran nice and smooth. They say it's good for automotive and I believe this. He was also tryin to tell us its stronger than stick  He also tried telling us that we could lay the .045 wire FASTER than our 1/16 wire, then told us the same applies in VERTICAL position, again,  . Se we tested it in vertical. Wanted to tell him that he AND his engineer dont know fawk all bout welding. The shit just graped up like typical hard wire when we tried it vertical. I explained to him that we cant keep changing our heat settings and feed settings cuz we start welding flat and then the weld finishes in vertical. When we put a huge patch in a pot we have to weld around the corners cus it'll crack at the corners if you stop and start there. Then he started telling us "Oh, we need another type of wire if you guys wanna use 'argosheild 75/25' (75% co2 and 25% argon) cuz this wire recommends 90/10"   So basically at twice the price all he did was waste our fawkin time. No sale here. Fluxcore=1 hardwire=0 ! But it is good for dirty crappy steel.
