Did everone make it home ok.
No troubles with me. I took the long way home, past the cottage near parry sound then home today.

Don.......drop me an email and we can hook up so i can get my axle back.

Also....i kept missing the guy who i lent an axle bearing an retainer to last year. Dave C. i guess i kept missing you at camp. Or wheni saw you i was not thiniking of the bearing. drop me an email.

I dragged a few people over to my place, we all made it fine :D

Steve uncle Don doesnt have email but you can reach him thru me. We have tons of axles here, I can hook up with you at Dunchurch or Aardbegg one of these weekends. Wanna meet us at Green's august long weekend ?

I'll make it up there sometime soon, we should explore the maple isand trails. they go somwhere? not sure how far to a water crossing thought.
I'll have to hook up with don sometime so he can show me the rear disks installed. I won a set of his brackets.

Simple install steve and the best damn mod i have done yet. If it was not for rear disc on my truck i would have been so pissed at bleeding brakes eveytime i would have chocked someone or something. It was probally the onlt thing that kept my cool. Oh yeah and there was no real need to carry a slide hammer either:D

I made it ok, sort of..

The bolt that hold the timing gear to the crank shaft got loose and let the grear move around :yike

The last few km where rough and laqued a lot of power!! The timing gear moved back about 10-15degs.

Usually those things seize them selves on there so tight you really never have to worry about it. Oh well i guess you got lucky that you managed to save it before it was too late.
