I'm thinkin about a couple of things like;
1) 32 x 10.5 and 5.83 gears.
2) " " and sammi t-case
3) 31 x 10.5 and 4.16:1 gears
It's a Money thing so only 1 thing can be done. Thanks for the input.

5.83 gears I'd stay away from, small small pinion ... :nuke:

get the 4.16s, you DD that, keep it simple. You can always ask for tires next X-mas. Those mud kings yer runnin seem to be workin good run them bald thenget bigger tires and you'll still have enough gearing.

I've got a question. When you use the sj t-case the outputs are offset to the passenger side and obviously further back from stock. That means a shorter rear drive shaft, but on the front do you just use a longer d-shaft or do you fab up some sort of hanger bearing and a two peice shaft? Also do you have to run DC shaft in the rear?

1 peace shaft in the front...and no DC in the rear....works fine.....he's running toys..so I shortened 2 rear toy shafts for him.

Hey cuz you feel like puttin in some gearing with me in a couple of months. :pray:
and thanx to all for the replies. I'll do the 4.16's run my tires balled and get 31's.
P.s Cuz Dad is rebuilding that other 1.6l for me too so I can put the other trans in at the same time.
