I am running 38" mudders with 4.10 gears and twin 82 T cases in my 83 SJ.
Final drive line ratio in low low 1st is 88:1. I am running a rebuilt, semi stock
1 Litre power plant. I Hope to be able to post Pics of the twin SJ T case mount
that I fabricated you might find it interesting

WOW!! That's one long ass package. Looks very well put together. One question, who sits in the back to shift the second t-case? :D

When you say extra did you mean 2 mounts?. One was enough! Trying to hold perfect chain coupling alignment was tough.Welding pulls things all over the place. It turned out quite well.Took about 80 hours to build but it's perfect!
I hope to have the AQUAZOOK finished by May 1 2005. FYI this unit floats and has carried 4 people across a small lake.Yea the shop is about 100'x100' and 50'x100 ' is heated. The only problem is heating costs. Don't forget the bigger the shop the more projects you start and never seem to finish and the more junk you accumulate.
Thanks for the compliments.

This rig was once a full tin top. The wheelbase is still stock length. The drive shaft between the tranny and T Case has been shortened thus placing the shifter of the #2 case about 6 " behind the stock T case shifter hole. When this unit hits the open water for a bit of fishing I will put together a photo package and see if I can get it featured on ZOOKPOWER.
Talk later

I understand through the grapevine that there are a few of you members that are interested in seeing a few more pics of the AQUAZOOK. I will try to get some more pics on here for you guys in the next few days. I hope the Sarg will post them for me, as I at this time do not have that ability.
Please note that these pics are from earlier in the build when I first tested the Zooks ability to float and proved it's stability even with a 3 man crew.

Hey Sammy
This unit is great. You can troll around the lake and drink beer until all the mud is gone from the underside. You might even catch a fish or two.
Work for this weekend includes adapting the an 88 wiring harness to the 83 driveline. Fabricating the mounts for the 68 Ford Mustang rad. Fitting the custom Stainless steel grill and headlight bezels and designing the Aluminium checker plate dash to suit the 88 instrument cluster.
That should keep me going. Man am im glad I took Friday off of work.
More pics to come as the project progresses>>>>>>>>
