IFS help

I know this is a long shot but...... a buddy of mine with a nissan hardbody broke one of his torsion bars.....its an aftermarket lift and was in the truck when he bought it his mechanic says the kit is obsolete and cant get parts for it....is there a shop around that could get or make replacement bars

Chances are no one will sell you an after market torsion bar all on its own. Nissan is worse than Suzuki for aftermarket parts. To be honest, Im not even sure if aftermarket lifts for this truck even give the torsion bars. Put a stock torsion bar in and crank it up till you get the desired lift. Keeping in mind this systen will minimize down travel, ride rough and is hard on the chassis.
