Bumper recomendations?

Hey guys!
I plan on doing a 3" body lift on my 90 tracker. maybe a 1" coil spacers as well.

Now I'm going to have to get rid of the stock bumpers... What can I use to replace them? anyone have some plans for home made bumpers you can attach a wynch to? or is there somewere local to Ottawa that can make them or sell them?

check under hybrid booty fab, on and look for a site call show me your custom bumbers (I think thats the title) there a few ideas there, that will help get u started :)
