Your serious about it I know that.. I'm not as serious as you but hopefully I can be some day.. At 32 I'm starting to slow down on my hobbies and would like to enter more rock comp. . I have a Samurai ready for the rocks but I spent to much in it and I might sell it instead of wheeling it.. I like the black one I have and the red one... The black will be done soon and the red one is the short Samurai that will be done over the winter.

I happen to be starting a website dedicated to offroading of all vehicle types. Do you know why I am doing that SJ? Because I find it really boring offroading with Heeps. 90% of the people who own them don't do anything exciting with them and they are all pretty much clones of each other. I prefer to offroad with a big crowd that can offer a variety of different modified vehicles.

I was joking. You'll find that I'm not as serious as some others, just want to have a good time. I freely admitted on this site that I'm off-roading a YJ that's a loaner but I'm looking for a Suzuki. In fact it was the second post I made. I'm 100% with you on the hesitation of Heep owners, very much a poser community.

I joined here because JK's is more of a social chat site now with small bits of tech interspersed (sp). I ended up here through Pirate 4x4, MudLite's posts to be specific.

Besides, the half doors on my Dad's YJ once belonged to you, he loves them!

Someone copied and pasted what I said above onto ****Kings, makes no difference to me. They treated me like some kind of "**** traitor" for saying that they were posers. Some people just don't get it, it's about having fun and pushing your personal limits. I can do that for half the price and twice the fun in a Suzuki and it'll take it week after week.

BTW, I hope no one here has any ill feelings towards me, I always try to be respectfull and courteous towards others. Just looking for a community with common views and advice and I'm hoping that zookpower is that place.

Hey dude, no ill feelings here, matter of fact I hope youre comfortable. I know or met at least half the people on the board right now and the majority being hardcore wheelers (hardcore meaning thoroughly into offroading). The rest from what I have gathered are similiar. Alot of knowledge on this board so get the feelers out and take advantage of it. We needed a zook forum so here it is, enjoy it :beer:
