is it just me or my imagination or did some **** guy post a msg about greens being closd only after the thread about greens being a cakewalk got popular....

Conspiracy theory dictates.. and no i didnt make this one up... but the current conspiracy theory goes.. **** guys got tired of being emberassed on greens by zuk guys and started this malicious rumour to try to keep us off the run so that they could sell it as a hardcore run to all the new tj peeps... marketing ploy?? hmm... gotta make u think....

I speak for myself and the majority of our little "crew " that we wheel with. Most of the time people just use my zook as target practice for thier garbage. Small price to pay when i get home and have to clean all the garbage out. Big deal as i see it. I have a small zook to clean out once, rather than everyones mess out on the trail!!!

yesterday i was with a guy from the london area **** owners club...this is the group that hosts the **** jamboree and he was one of the trail guides for the event...i asked him about greens and this is what he said....

"greens is not closed YET. the MNR asked us to try not to use it. they are trying to slow down the traffic that goes up there."

ya heard the same thing, that they where trying to slow down traffic by telling people that it is closed but its not. some snowmobilers think that they own the trails because the pay to keep them maintained. thats what happened to nightmare alley.

Ive been told from the groomer at the Coldwater trail "we dont want your money, besides we already tried that" Well thats just bullshit and I let him have it, turns out he's an OPP from the same area as well. Bottom line is they dont want us on the trails but I pay my fukn taxes and ive paid my dues. Pisses me off, we need more wheelers to get together and get some trails to stay open and allow us on a few more. We should all be NL4x4 members.

off your rocker: in a way i agree with you and mud ,as long as the trails you are running are exsisting ....ie old logging roads or closed up township roads..unfortunately when new logging operations move into an area old trails are improved and the snowmobile club contribute quite a bit of money to there construction you cant really blame them for not wanting us on "their" trails. the 5 point system is an exception....they are multi use and hopefully will stay that way ...as for nightmare, im pretty sure it a township road...the local club leases it and can improve it as they wish. snowmobiling is big bucks who is the government going to listen to?
