As you all know i bent my diff to resemble a banana. heres a few pics.

check out the pumpkin guard. It was done with stainless but i was too lazy to change the welder over to stainless wire so i opted to paint it black instead of having the welds rust:D

Seen diffs like that before, I always truss mine but that's just me. Cool pics nice disc brake set up.:D

yeah i trussed this one as well. I just hope that it lasts until i get the toy's installed.

looks good, just wondering... it looks like the tube went ahead,why not truss the back side right accross the pumpkin ?
this would stop any front or rear movement...nice brackets you make them?what r u useing for calipers?

I thought of that as well but i have my shocks that come off the back and other shit but, i thought of it and used a 3/16 th thick 3/4 inch wide u channel It was a rectangular tube but i cut it in half. So then i welded that down. There is no wat that i can bend two 3/ 16 ths thick forward with the cap on the top, and when it is welded flush with the axle tube and welded it acts like a squre tube.

For the calipers i am just using the typical zuk front calipers. Nothing special. It works great tho.

Oh yeah the caliper brackets, they were laser cut and then polished. For the spacers i went to the metal supermarket and bought some stainless seamless tube and had 4 spacers cut at the machine shop next door. 12" of the seamless stainless is $13.00. thats fawkin crazy!!!!!! But i ove it:D

It was too blurry and if there was a zook parked on your finger than i would have posted it but no sexy finger pics jamming up bandwith sorry:upy:
