I have the LWB at home and looking for ideas for the shafts. It has a SOA now and I will be going with 3" lift springs on that, I don't like the idea of body lift, so I will have to do some shaft mods. Best to get Niagara Drive train to lengthen or have aluminum spacers made?:argue:

Bonus with spacers is spares are easier to come by. But for a LWB might as well lengthen the shafts cuz you wont find many spares. Front shafts are all the same, in the lwb the rear shaft is way longer than a 80" zook.

Thanks man, should I assume that it would be a good idea to snap up any LWB rears that I can get my hands on? Do they break that often? I have never had one grenade in th XJ.

Problem is when you blow a ujoint usually the ears of the driveshaft are fawked. Also improper pinion angle and no track bar does alot of major driveshaft damage. If you can get spares grab em up , then you can just use a spacer. I like to run the shafts the opposite way, yoke part at the diff cuz theyre all the same sime and there is way more of those then the long side of the shaft.

You can use shortened Rear Toys non CV if you are sticking wth an offset rear axle,
