i ran an aftermarket racing pump.. put out in the 50 -60 psi range - ex racer sold it to me cheap so wtf eh!.. as long as u have enough pressure no probs.. i think the efi's want somwthign in teh 20 psi range but dont quote me.... ur fuel rail has a regulator and a return line so get a big enough pump and u shuld have no probs...
if u choose to go with a 1.6 tank like me a few notes... filler neck slams right into frame rail.. but if u have a 2 inch body lift and lift the tank as high as u can when u install it, it just clears with a minor kink - so u cant go too fast when u fill up t the station.
Also, the 1.6 is bigger... it fits frame rail to frame rail.. now u gonna move ur exhaust - good luck getting out the back.. things to consider... if u can, get a 1.3 tank from a 90 or 91 that has the intank pump.. or maybe u canjsut get sender units from those tanks and put em in ur tank.. just a couple suggestions
