For the 797cc 80 motor, the lower rad hose shows 1-1/8th I.D. and the frost plugs show 1-1/8th O.D., 1 pass side rear and 2 drivers side, wierd measurement i know, i cut the lower hose to get an unmolested measurement and thats whut it comes up with.

When I had mine, that I had baught new at the time,I moved to the great white north Timmins to be exact, and put in an inline in the heater hose that circulated the anti freeze.this worked very well even at 20 below when you fired it up you would have instant heat.It kept it warm enough that it would fire up even below -40.Just got to remember to leave the heater on for circulation.Had picked mine up at the time at crappy tire for about $50 not cheap but worked great.:D

Never gets below 20*F here (-7*C), so a block heater isn't necessary, but thanks for the FSM link!
