It is BS, they are tricking the airflow meter into overfueling the engine. You will get shorter cat and oxy sensor life. It can make some power but only a few, ie 2 or 3 on a sammy.

Is it that lil resistor that u put on the sensor then mesures how much air come in? If it is, you can get those at Radio shack for like a buck. And not worth the trouble realy.
