1998 Ford F150 Extended Cab (3 Door) 4x4... BTW, I need a replacement box for mine if anyone has one or knows of one... Prefer black... Also would like a cap... :D
That trailer pulled great... Now just have to figure out what to ddo regarding the electric brakes...
When I plugged the lights in (I have no electric brake controller yet), the brakes automatically were applied... I figure that either it requires an electric controller when it has power, or that something is messed up in the wiring...
My ford has factory wiring... Aparently the trailer wiring was just redone...

Your tailight wire is either plugged into the brakes wire or there is a short between the two. I have the diagrams that show you whee they are supposed to go. I'll post it up this afternoon for you.
