Parry Sound Rock crawling

So after looking at the pictures of the rock crawling comp posted here and on a few other sites I think I want to take the truck up to Parry Sound and do some crawling....

So I have two questions.
1. Where exactly was the comp? Is this a standard trail??
2. How do I get there? who has directions?
