I was doing some maintenance to my sami the other day, one was the pcv valve. The one I took off didn't work at all so I figured I was good to go.
Put the new one on, now it burns oil, is smoking quite a bit where before it just leaked it lol...
Is it the pcv or something else??
Never had this happen before.
Oh BTW it is a carbed 1.3...

Yep same engine, it had a few leaks, and was coming out the cap, so I looked it over and saw it needed a new pcv now it burns, I'm confused...
Maybe a good excuse for a 1.8 swap ;)

There you go, any step toward making an engine swap more likely is a good thing, it is just the truck telling you it wants an upgrade. This is usually opposite though, it is a plugged PCV that causes the burning, that is strange. All the vaccum is hooked up properly?

I'm not sure about the vaccum I havn't touched it but I guess it wouldn't hurt to give it a good going over. Runs great though no other problems...
