still grinding

still trying to track down my grinding noise..
i installed a new t-case on the wknd thinking
that was the problem.
anyone have any other thoughts
it only makes the noise while in 4wd hi or low range
wether the hubs are locked or not

Tom call me @work and I will drop over and try it in the parking lot.Is the housing dented? amybe rubbing on the ring gear?
