I have an 88.5 sammi and have done the easier said than done light swap into the tailgate.I have run the wires thru the gate ribs and out on the hinge side....here lies my question,how did the others who did this swap run the wires from there and where and how did they mount the converter.Thanks for the help and time.....Joey:fri:

Remember with this mod electric tape is your best freind. I didn't use a converter I ran them a little differently I guess. I used 4 lights, there all tail lights the two inners are also brakes and the two outers are blinkers. I think I ran the wires along the back of the floor and drilled a hole in one of the rubber floor drain plugs and through that to under the body. works good, no wires rubbing on metal.
