tail lights

i just bought a couple 4" L.E.D tail lights. I was going to put them into my new rear bumper but they wont fit. I was thinking of installing them into my tailgate. I was just wondering if anyone had any pics so i could see how its gonna look, and the besy way to install them. Thanks alot -Joel

they look better in the bumper, the spare tire does'nt block them.

the grommet mount one from crappy tire ??

masking tape a 5 inch square over your paint job wjere (sorry for the norwegian) you want it to be .. clamp some plywood in behind and cut it out with a big hole saw .. the tape stops the the paint from getting too chewed (even ugly paint is better than rust) the plywood gives it some strength to keep the steel flat .. the white wire goes to ground the other wires go to your taillight wiring

i got some teeny LED marker lights to hide somewhere up front for turn sig's today, maybe stealthy styles in the grill .. my sami is gonna be like the freaking space shuttle .. i just hope i have better luck with the fuel system

I think lights look great mounted in the tail gate. I like how mine turned out.
