Hi there; I'm Rob and very new to this site, and zuki ownership.
I have an 88 suzuki samurai rag top that I traded a weight lifting machine for. I've had a lot of fun fixing it up, it's still stock and needs alot of TLC so far.
I just surfed onto your site and I've really enjoyed it so far.
I do have a question for any of you that can help me, I'm having a certain amount of electrical problems, not serious ones but none the less troublesome. I've got two different manuals but both are not worth the paper they are written on. The wiring diagrams in both are sorry. I need a decent wiring diagram to trace out these problem. HELP!
Thanks, Rob

You can either spend the money on a FSM (factory service manual) or you can ask Depot really nicely and maybe for a price he can hook you up.
But 90% of the time on suzuki's it's a bad ground.

what are ur symptoms? what systems do u need schematics for?
ie starting, charging, parking lights, head lights...
The haynes manuals arent too good but for an 88, without any computer control, the haynes should have enough for the basics.
lemme know what u need and I'll dig some up for yah

I would stick with the stock carb or go with the pony carb set up. they say the weber doesnt like the hills and you have to tinker with the thing all the time..

Iv'e heard that about webers too, and seen it first hand once as well. stay away from it if you are not 100% carb friendly.
