Ok, so I took out my SJ410 axles and swaped in a set of Sami 's instead. Here is my problem, on the SJ rear diff there is one brake line running from the front (master cylender) to the back, this feeds a hose to the axle housing. There is then one brake line that goes to the passenger side wheel cylinder, and then one that runs from the passenger side wheel cylinder to feed the drivers wheel cylinder.
On the Sami axle there are 2 brake lines that come from the front to the back feeding 2 hoses. each one feeding a seperate wheel cylinder.
I know that this swap has been done in the past, anyone know how to convert the brakes? I would imagine that one could get a teeded line to swap into the system, but I thought I would ask before tring to reinvent the wheel.
Any advice would be great!

You can 'T' it or (correct me if im wrong) remove the bleeder from one side and run a line from there instead... to the other side.

you can simply switch out the wheel cylinder on the sammy axl passenger side to the one that has the above mentioned in and out lines, also found on trackers.then hook er back up and bleed...only thing is the wheel cylinder that has the dual lines are a little more expensive than the ones with the line and a bleeder, but still under 30 bucks.and i think the tracker ones fit the sammy axls..but its been a while!
also u cannot remove the bleeder and install a flared line as because they are opposite.

My LWB had two lines from the proportioning valve on the frame going to the diff. I swapped out the proportioning valve on the frame for a 2 into 1 and put a T fitting on the diff, then installed rear disc and all's good!

the pre 88 1\2 sammys use the two brake hose system on the rear and the 88 1\2 up use a one brakes system so getting a pass side wheel cylinder from a 89 and run the lines like you stock sj410 this way the brake system works properly like stock am i rite?

Yes, you are correct.
Keep the bearing retaining plates from you 410 axles, they'll come in handy if you decide to go rear disks down the road.

Problem solved. I ended up using the pass. wheel cyl from a 1989 Sammi, (Raybestos # WC37963), making a couple of new brake lines, and problem solved.
Thanks for everyones help.
