Here is a Petition set up for the Paragon Adventure Park. Please take two seconds to go and sign it . The east coast can't afford to loose this asset.

I also have signed but I'm not very optmistic about our chances...it's definitely not run by corporate America or it would be a non-issue..have never been there but had plans with a few of my buds from the east coast to come down for a week..

Its a shame, and its amazing what money can do to contracts, although we do not know the whole story or are privy to it. I would suggest though at directly contacting the state government and show then how much money they will be losing in tourism due to this fact, the more emails they get the more it will add up and possibly change the outcome, its just a number thing after all...

Quote: At a hearing in Luzerne County Court Wednesday afternoon, a judge decided that Paragon violated its lease of the land. Now, the quest for approval and cash to build the airport is in full force. The cost for construction is $1 .6 billion.

Unfortunately, I don't think it looks good at all for Paragon park. :(
Minimal to no hope now in my mind.
Even if Kyle Koslop wins in a higher court, I would be willing to bet it will likely be a monetary settlement that he gets.

He will rebuild. He is currently looking for land in Scranton Pa. He may have lost this battle, but the war is not over yet.
