Finally got the trailer all finished. Looking for opinions,use chains and bear traps or the heavy duty ratchet tie downs?

Is one better than the other?

reread the post on towing.....& I agree with what was said in that post.I towed from hamilton to the 'shwa,with chains and traps,and it never moved at all.

Are we talking about the ratchet straps that go over the wheels ? Those are SO cool and SO convenient and SO quick and SO easy ........ you get what I'm sayin ?

thats what i,m thinking, dont need to worry about secondary restraints and they pack away real neet. no rust or dirty chains to deal with.
