I run the 9000i - basically same thing. using roller fairlead. I love it, no probs, no complaints. The i allows very easy swapping out of solenoids when u burn one out.
I like the roller fairlead - easier on the cable when ur winching from those severe angles but does require oiling every once in a while.
sleak design, doesnt block much airflow for rad.
my 2 cents, keep the change

I have the 8000i and love it. can switch parts out with depots 9000 if we had to. I run the hawse fairlead and have had no real problems. When i got it i ws worried about cable fraying but it so far has not been a concern.
It doesn't bunch the wire up any differently that the roller fairlead. But the rollers do stick out a little further off the bumper but can be used to bump you up the rock face if needed where as the hawse is tucked a little further in and helps none with "rolling up and obstacle" (i know like we ever depend on our fairleads to climb and obstacle lol)
Screw the 02 cents that wasn't worth shit!!!!
