since the cross member that the trackbar is bolted to is ****ed, i was going to cut it out and weld in a new one (some rectangle stock maybe?), and do my own beefy track bar. But i got a couple questions first.
Does the track bar just need to move up and down?
Looking at the breeze track bar it looks like it can twist left and right as well as up and down.
If it has to move up down, and twist left and right, what can i use to give me those 4 movements that i need?
if it;s jsut up and down i was going ot go to princess auto and get the tractor end links, weld a nut into a piece of tube and weld on some mounitng points on the new crossbar and on the rear end.

are you talking about a heijm style tractor link, with the ball end?? I think they are also commonly called rod end bearings.... If so, they should give you adequate side to side and up and down motion...

yup those are them.
So should the end link fit nice and snug in the bracket?

Great idea zc911 except for all the heim joints. Use 1 heim at the front and 2 rubber bushings at the axle. Heims dont lend themselves very well to our environment.

That's what I told him earlier.., They will get all rusted and gritted up, making them sloppy, or even eventually seize if they rust shut/.... rubber bushings at the axle and heijm up top if you really feel you need the heijm. Rubber bushings should make for a comfier ride though with less vibration..

They told me their part number relates to nothing when I tried to order it through them... If you can get them, let me know... It will be good for future reference... I already ordered mine from Zukisource

cool will do
I can really use any bushings they have though.
Any bushings that go into a leaf spring eye will work. (****, ford, dodge, whatever :D) just need to get tube to match the bushings
