Does anyone here have done that setup ?

That's what I will be running this year a SuziCan (If I can have everything done until then). Ive started collecting the parts. I'd like to see what other's have done..

For now I plan on :

Rear:
A-Arm
Johny joint on frame end (2)
Johny joint on A-arm axel end (1)
Poly bushing on axel end (2)
J$$P TJ front coil
Toy axel spooled

Front
3link + panhard bar
johny joint on frame end (3)
Poly on axel end (3)
Poly on both panhard bar end (2)
J$$P TJ front coil
Toy axel spooled

Thanks!

don't use the a-arm in the the back too much trouble,,go 3 or 4 link with hiem joints...much stronger....must have broke a million of those sidekick a arms on my zook......and you might find that the front tj coil too heavy and stiff.....try honda accord or some mid size import car....good luck to you!!!!!

I prefer not to use heims cause it will also be used as a DD. Johny joint should be softer and smoother.

Dont worry about the sidekick arm they wont be used ;)

What is the spring rate of the Accord and such ?

What is the lenght of the aerostar coil ?

From what I found they are:
Aerostar Passenger 100LBS
Aerostar Van (No rear window) 110-120LBS

That would be about the same rate as the tracker rear coil.
