1. will sj413 sami polyurethane bushings fit my sj410? i need spring/shackle bushings, steering bushings, and body bushings.
2. my T-case halves are leaking, will the seals for a sami case fit? where can i get shaft seals?
3. will the T-bra or urethane bushings fit the 410 Tcase and Trans shifters?
4. my steering is loose, i suspect a bad steering box, any other fixes? the adjuster screw is seized on the steering box. will the rag joint eliminator fix the slop in the steering? will it even work on the 410?
5. where can i get a valve cover gasket for the F10A? napa does not even have that engine or sj410 in its computer or books
6. is this zuk worth all the work i'm about to do to it? nevermind yes it is!

yes

They should. RTV will definately fit. :)
3. will the T-bra or urethane bushings fit the 410 Tcase and Trans shifters?
I don't get this question. T-bra?
4. my steering is loose, i suspect a bad steering box, any other fixes? the adjuster screw is seized on the steering box. will the rag joint eliminator fix the slop in the steering? will it even work on the 410?
Only if the slop is in the rag joint. Chances are a new box is in order, or at least a rebuild if you can't find a good used one. Good time to upgrade to Power steering.
5. where can i get a valve cover gasket for the F10A? napa does not even have that engine or sj410 in its computer or books
RTV?
6. is this zuk worth all the work i'm about to do to it? nevermind yes it is!
Correct!

Ok a t-bra is a super shift sheet of some sort then eh? It should fit fine. Even a factory replacement is good for many years.
Clean it all up good, as in no oil on the halves and reseal it. The trick with RTV gaskets is not to over tighten things too quickly. Lightly push the halves together and let the RTV set up for a good 20 min before you tighten things up to final torque. That way there is a litttle "squish" in the RTV "gasket".

i would reccomend permatex "right stuff" or motocrafts (ford) heavy duty deisel silicone. both of these are simply amazing silicones and absolutly do not leak like regular RTV. they are a little more money, but more than worth it. .........................
