KAC I've got a couple of toy axles waiting to go under my 85 as well. Did you switch to u-bolts or keep the toyota style with threaded part at the bottom?

Don't bother slowzuki and flip the u-bolts and re-use your suzuki spring plates on the rear ( don't know about the front yet) Just picture what would happen the first rock those things kissed if it was in the factory position.

KAC Just in case you didn't know the short side spring plate is 3/8ths higher than the long side because of how far it rides up on the diff. You may have to add 3/8ths more to make the truck sit proper like.
Toyota used a stiffer sping pack to compensate for this when they built them.

On the diff side(frt) I had to cut into the housing to get the spring pad in the right spot because of the narrow spring width. I've got tabs welded to the front of the diff and one on the third member to bolt the spring down. It would've probably been easier to move my springs out ward on the frame. The rest will be u-bolts with the threads pointing up. I'm using round bottomed 1/2 ubolts.

Fullload I new it was higher but I wasn't sure on how much, thanks.
