I have done some searching on the fitments of longer or aftermarket flex lines for the toy axl, problem is that u have to run that little hard line from the caliper to the backing plate and then the flex line.....no good to me as i do not have front backing plates or dust shields(whichever)..along with my local supplier we came up with this solution...a new combo of flex line and banjo bolt fittings that allow me to attach stainless flex lines in any length directly from the frame mount to the caliper itself.......these are also sae (non metric) so re flaring of the original hard line is necessary..but the banjo bolt itself into the caliper is metric...

What is the banjo bolt out of...I heard that sammy banjo bolts with 1/4" cut off them work. I have Rubicon Express stainless braided flex lines and want to do the same mod on my rig.

I use the flex hose for a 94 Saab 9000. It's 21 3/4 inches long and screws into the caliper...no hard line at all. It only cost me $25.00 aswell
