85 sj410

i just bought a 85 sj410 tintop.the body is very good, but it has a toyota motor and 5spd tranny that is not running. the guy said it kept flooding on him,but it also has some wiring issues as well.:yike

how do i find out what motor it has in it?

Loco is right-LMAO-but you could look for clues on the motor.How about asking the guy what the motor is out of?

no identification on the motor that i can see , is there any I.D. stampings on them?
the guy i got it off didn't do the swap and had no idea what it came from, or what size it is.
