I have a really loose gearshift(stop the snickering)is there a fix for it.I have seen a teflon ring and screw sold on e-bay for 37.00
but i am a little skeptical as of now.

I'm thinking you mean your tranny shifter right? Call your local suzuki dealer, and order the shifter bolt (under $5). Caution when your pulling your shifter out, that you don't drop the broken end in your tranny. :yike

Make sure the threads arent stripped. This is the bolt you need, you can grind one down yourself but it's a pain.

take a close look at ur shifter sheath while ur in there.. thats the gizom u've seen on ebay, i've seen it on rocky-road.com too. It'll either be that or the bolt.

Heres the link to the stuff you need. i would buy the bolt and the shifter bushing, just to be safe. if you see that your $2.00 bolt is in good shape then leave it and throw the new one in the glove box. You'll be the hero on the trail if you save someones butt with it.
