motor mounts

just pulled the motor today ,both mounts are shot.Does anyone make a captured mount or should i go solid?

In my green zook I run 1 toy mount, much beefier and never ripped apart so far. Solid works awesome, you can feel the instant torque transfer but the vibration sucks.
