    Niagara Area Trails

Hey guys, Where I live we have no wild lands or designated areas for 4x4ing so we are forced to drive hours away to wheel. I have sent letters to the local government here but recieved no reply. When I saw the Suzuki petition it gave me an idea. I have started a petition to have trails in my area opened for our use for us not just ATVs and snowmobiles. I would like to invite you all down in the summer for a big run but we have no where to do it!! I would appreciate your help with this and so would my club.

Craig this seems to be an Ontario wide problem. With the way the cops are busting people on the trails for whatever reason, the squeeze is on. Youre not alone except by location.

I signed it, even though I am a good 7-8 hours away.

Good luck on getting some kind of response out of your local electorals... Make sure you include a cover letter with key phrases like "...strengthen the public relations with the mayors office", and my favorite: ".. could help affect voter turnout in your favour next election".

Those usually gather a bit of notice.

Thanks alot MudBall I appreciate the help, my town is 45,000 people so i'm not dealing with a huge government thankfully. Right now they are trying to revive tourism so i'm going to be using that as one of our angles too.

I'll sign it. Good luck... Gate twelve is one of the only spots I know of around there, and I believe it is GM property.

Thanks I appreciate it, GM gets frequented by security guards now thanks to guys that like having cold ones out there so its tough all over. I don't think they'd follow anyone into mosquito trail though heh.
